Saudi Welfare Organization sends 'winter relief package' on 20 trucks for thousands of poor in backward Pakistani areas



Riyadh  Saudi Arabia is a true and long time friend of Pakistan. Who has helped Pakistan and the Pakistani people in every difficult hour. Whether it's an opportunity for war or a famine, a disaster or a war on terror. The Saudi government has provided moral, diplomatic and financial support to Pakistan at every opportunity. That is why the friendship between Pakistan and Saudi Arabia is eternal.

Saudi Arabia's state-run charity has once again provided a winter relief package for thousands of Pakistanis. The goods have been sent in the form of 20 trucks to thousands of poor and deserving people in various backward areas of Pakistan, including 7,000 blankets and packets of other essentials. A ceremony was held at Dar Ali bin Abi Talib in Islamabad to send a relief package by Rabita-e-Alam-e-Islami

Saudi Ambassador to Pakistan Nawaf Saeed Al-Maliki, Deputy Secretary General of Rabita-e-Alam-e-Islami Dr. Abdul Rehman Al-Zaid, Regional Director Saad Masood Al-Harithi and Pakistan's Minister for Religious Affairs Pir Noor-ul-Haq Qadri also attended the meeting. On this occasion, Noor-ul-Haq Qadri said that Saudi Arabia has always come to the aid of Pakistan in difficult times, Saudi Arabia is the first country to help the Pakistani people during earthquakes, floods or any other natural calamity.

The Pakistani people and government are grateful to King Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman and Rabita Alam-e-Islami for their cooperation, love and sincerity. At the end of the ceremony, gifts were also distributed among the orphan students of Dar Ali bin Abi Talib. It is to be noted that Shah Salman Relief Center has also started distribution of warm clothes and other relief items during winter in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province of Pakistan after Sindh.

The center continues to distribute warm clothes, quilts and other essentials to Shangla residents. Under the third phase of distribution of relief items in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, 254 packets were distributed to the needy, which will benefit 1,525 people. Earlier, 244 packets of warm clothes, quilts, blankets and other items were distributed to deserving families.
